We will fill out and submit the information for you and the insurance company will send their payment directly to you. You will make payments to us at the time of service and the insurance company will send their payment directly to you usually within 2-3 weeks. Financial Assistance: Our fees are based on our experience, the quality of the materials and laboratories, and our limited number of patients in performing your treatment.
